Powers: speed 1000 times faster than the flash, inability to be hurt, and strength of 1000strong men, maybe the ability to fly as well or not
Story:
Kyles speed kicks in and at 18 he is the fastest man in the world. When he gets home he hits his front door but to his surprise he suffers no injury. He finds his strength by lighting a car after an accident
