Y'all, yesterday my sister fat shamed me when i ordered pancakes at a restaurant and said I was going to die from eating to much. Which I don't, so I didn't eat that much at lunch when we also had to go out. It was my sister's birthday and then my grandpa's girlfriend's birthday.
On the way to lunch my sister said a comment about me eating again and I almost cried, she realised she did something wrong and tried to apologise but I didn't tell anyone. I'm going to try and tell my parents tonight because it made me really uncomfortable and insecure.
I wrote it down in notes so I can tell my therapist.
