Check on yal friends that’s goin through a lot, has mental health issues, or jus haven’t been the same lately.. Check on the friend that’s always there for others they might need a shoulder themselves.. Check on those that jus had a baby postpartum is very real.. I say this to say reach out to yal friends yal families.. we never know who’s truly hurting, who can’t seem to find the words to say they not , we all goin through things but some might be having it harder so reach out..
