I feel like there is a disconnect between the ministry of magic hunting her down and getting ready to torture her for information and her going to Hogwarts, where she isn't even being looked at by the ministry. There wasn't even any anxiety about problems at Platform 93/4 or the train ride. I confess that I am not familiar with The Cursed Child, and I am coming into your story with no backstory, so I might be missing something. But if not you might consider explaining that transition from hunted girl to free at Hogwarts, and starting at 15 instead of 11.
