@ChrisTian578 Imperial Japan in my spin on it will be more populated, so they will work through resources more quickly, thus they will first focus more resources on the Military to expand and extract resources to give to the local populace, once extraction of resources is put in the cycle, the Civilians will be fed and be able to work in Military Factories, recruiting more Troops and producing supplies, which means their supply lines can stretch farther, therefore the Military can expand through all of Northern Burma and beyond. In our reality, Japan's supply lines could not expand farther than the Yellow River, and the River itself. So yes, I will try to make it more realistic, only by economic and War Standards. I suppose I could make it so that Japan Considered the nuclear program on November 22nd, then initiated the 'Okinawa Project', on July 2nd, 1943, they succeeded on May 5th, 1944, lured the U.S. to Okinawa, and dropped the atomic bomb on 287,000 Troops, killing them all, and destroying the Japanese Atomic Research, destroying the hope of quick nuclear capabilities and losing a large portion of their army, limiting their effectiveness against Japan, and resulting in a stalemate.

@Letefry Ok is it going to be realistic because they look kinda overpower and also their nuclear program in WW2 is far behind then the US and there nuclear program is a low priority for them because the Japanese military did not consider the development of the atomic bomb a necessity and with their low level funding and the diversion of resources. They can do like the soviets did steal the nuclear plans to build the atomic bomb from the US.

@Hi1122334 Imperial Japanese Infantry Weapons were designed for agility and speed, making the Japanese Army able to overrun forces many times greater than their own. My idea is that Japan had imported Minerals from China, USSR, and America. In which American Blockades and sanctions were lowered so later they could spend more Yen on Military Research, allowing them to create better Weaponry than our reality, and invent the atomic bomb. With all the extra minerals, they produced more ammo and tanks, even creating full-blown recruitment programs, recruiting 4 Million more Troops and gaining officers to deal with the extra logistics. They would later take out both Communist and Nationalist China, taking all of Asia, and managing to take Pakistan in the Middle East for their oil. Imperial Japan would later have a Civil War but be reunited with it's fast troops also becoming far more trained to lose less ammo and fight off scores of enemy troops.
