I'm a writer, an English Linguistics graduate, and an MI analyst for a software company. 

I write short stories and flash fiction which I occasionally post online, and I'm working on two novels which I might publish some day. One's a genre-busting otherworld political drama with vampires, dragons and an interloping fae; the other's an adult urban fantasy ('adult' as in mature, not as in sexy) with magic, characters which are fictional even in the world of the story, and writers. I'm usually not keen on books about fictional writers... hence why the main character is determinedly not being one. A writer, that is.

And yes, I witter on about writing quite a bit.

I also love steampunk, costuming (though it's not something I'm good at, or into in a big way... yet), technology, photography, drawing, animals and approximately six million other things I might mention at some point or another.
