@puteri132 go out of this goddamn house with a friend, mom or my sister to do something normal like eating or go to the movies. Sometimes i go out alone and i feel better, but the feeling of loneliness remains, so in my opinion it's better to go out with someone you love and talk A LOT.
Some other times i go to the garden and listen to music, sometimes it makes me cry, but I feel relieved afterwards.
It really depends on the day and my mood, but going out is what makes me feel better. Probably it's not the same with everyone, but it works on me.
