Heyyy I just read Just Kidding and that opening scene with the rain against the window and the way the MC drifts into memories of Kyla really stuck with me it felt so raw and cinematic. Do you usually draw from personal emotions when you write moments like that or do they come more from imagination?

@LifeofmegXO Wow that’s honestly beautiful the way Just Kidding has grown with you over time makes it feel even more personal and layered. I totally get what you mean about sad emotions being easier to tap into they just stick deeper. Do you think you’ll always lean into that tone or are you curious to challenge yourself with happier/lighter stories someday too?

Awe I’m so glad it spoke to you. I am trying to edit more so it flows better. I wrote it when I was 15 and kept editing it over and over throughout the years so the emotions kind of changed with time. I honestly have only ever been able to write sad emotions so the older I got and the more I felt the more I put into it of my own emotions but mostly it’s imagination

@kirstyrobertss I would love to but I deleted it years ago and I’m not even sure why but I will be redoing it. It won’t be the same :(  but I remember the specifics and big plots that are important. I’m hoping this new version will be better though! So stick around for it

I'm not sure if anyone is still lurking around my page since it's been dull for years now as I work on this awful writers block, I'm also still working on getting Just Kidding back on this platform where it will be free for all to read. I am debating on a somewhat of a sequel as well. Possibly Kyla's adopted sister will find her own epic romance with some mystery guy?? idk!! if anyone is reading this and has opinions I'd love to hear them.

@-arrowtothestars- I kinda remembered it, she found out she was pregnant with the main interest so she left high school and moved to a different city with her grandmother. Her and the main interest lowkey ended on good terms.

Hi everyone. I’m getting a lot of questions about “Loving Charlotte Jamison” I said this a while back but I have permanently gotten rid of the book. I’m glad you all enjoyed it so much though. I am currently working on another book I’m thinking of possibly making into a sequel as well and I am enjoying writing it so I will put a couple chapters up. let me know what you think.

@LifeofmegXO That's okay, I understand why u did what u did, continuing writing something that no longer spark happiness only becomes a burden and eventually causes a lot of negativity. I was just really sad because I find it enjoyable as a reader.. Hope u keep on writing good stories <3 looking forward to the future books u working on :)
