I find the pureblood’s pride in their family origins so stupid, especially as a reason for blood purity.
          
           Like at some point, there was the first witch or wizard of your family line, the first to be blessed with magic. 
          
          That would make them a muggleborn.
          
          Their families started from muggleborns and yet the criticize muggleborns.
          
          Muggleborns are just the beginning of new family lines that will one day be new ‘pureblood’ families

Just found out that it’s Vincent Crabbe and not Vincent Crabble.. How did I miss that for so many years? It just always sounded so right

All my favorite authors are leaving this site for AO3 because their stories keep getting taken down. Like I love AO3 but there’s a community on here and they’ll have to transfer everything over and try to bring in new people and stuff. We needs to get their stuff together 

So.. I decided to make a new Pottermore acc to see if anything about me has changed in the last few years. Literally everything changed.
          
          Before: 
          Ravenclaw, Newfoundland Patronus, Maple Wood/dragon heartstring/13”/Surprisingly Swishy Flexibility Wand
          
          Now: 
          Slytherin, Eagle Patronus, Fir Wood/Phoenix Feather/13”/Unbending Flexibility Wand
          
          I’m not really surprised about the house as while I love knowledge and stuff, I’m also extremely ambitious. 
          
          

So I just cleaned out my library. 
          
          I had 4657 fics saved, now I have 312
          
          That was the worst trip down memory lane that I’ve ever taken.
          
          There were fics in there that I had forget completely about, things that made me question my sanity 
          
          So anyways..
          
          If you are reading this, stop and take a moment to clean out your own library. Who knows what you might find

          Usually I’d be doing my nightly read on Ao3

Ahhh
          
          So I was in the middle of this good fic last night on Ao3. I had plans today though so I went to bed. 
           
          Woke up, did my errands and came home.
          
          Went to my account and the site was down and it’s practically been down all day. I’ve only been able to get in a few times for a few minutes before it closed again.
          
          That Anonymous group sucks. I have been living in suspense for 15 hours because of them.
          
          I wish the Ao3 team the best of luck though with fixing things and I’m holding on hope for any writers and readers on the website.
          
          

You know what sucks? 
          
          Introducing two of your friends to each other and they get along so well that they end up leaving you out of things. 
          
          Everyone knows that trios never last but I honestly didn’t expect that they would be the duo in the group.

Honestly, there are only two ways that you can portray Dumbledore’s character.
          
          He is either a manipulative old goat and needs to die..
          
          Or he is a character in a crack fic doing something weird
          
          I love both and I live for both paths though
          
          It’s either he’s gonna send everyone off to their deaths 
          
          Or he’s going to be betting on students and dancing in tutus
