In exact one hour I will be going to the dentist to extract my wisdom tooth. I am doing pretty good so far.. I think. Sweaty hands, rapid heart beat and constant fidgeting of my fingers are pretty normal right? There aren't signs of fear or nervous... or maybe there are 0.0... maybe I am in denial.
Well if you guys have any point of advices or Any suggestion on how to remain calm, do let me know. I will be greatful ✨
