Hello, everyone! Hope this message finds you well.
I’d like to address some of the messages I’ve been receiving on Wattpad and elsewhere regarding my writing status. No, I haven’t given up writing. In my opinion, I haven’t truly begun yet. There are so many things I want to do and experience with all of you during my time on Wattpad.
I am a perfectionist at heart. For things I care about, I need it to be as close to perfect as possible. I think the older I got, the worse it got, until I began hating everything I published (regardless of the numerous wonderful comments you’ve made). I felt like I didn’t deserve to publish anything anymore and kinda just checked out. However, thanks to some of the fantastic advice and encouragement you gave me, I feel confident enough to resume this childhood hobby. I decided that I would hate to feel regretful for giving up something I enjoy so much simply because of fear.
So, to all of you who are still here, waiting, thank you for your continued support. I will try not to let you down.
The newest chapter of Dawn is ready (it’s been in the drafting phase for almost a year now lol), and I can’t wait to share it with you guys! There are only 2-3 chapters left, and I plan to bring it all together before the year ends.
