Crow is a wanted villain from America who moved to Japan for more of a quiet area and more chaos,he has a small bounty on his head and was on the news a few times for avoiding the capture from heroes,he has two quirks,his original one,and one he gained from his first meeting with all for one,the big boss thought he would be useful to the league in the future and helped him out a little,his main quirk is crow manipulation,he's able to control a decent amount of crows at a time and can disguise himself as one too for recon missions and intel,his other quirk he received from afo is pretty much a lightning quirk,his weakness to that is his body could overheat and pass out,or his skin burns in certain areas if used to much,he could also have a long cool down time or get sick if he uses his crow quirk too much,his personality is more on the serious side and doesn't spend too much time relaxing,along with being in the colder side if he doesn't know somebody well enough,he's also up to join the league if anyone can try to get him to join
