How do you stop hating yourself for something you can’t control. :(

Sitting under the couch cover outside, contemplating life. 
          Thoughts in my head:
          1. For some reason this summer so far has been one of my best.
          2. I don’t know what I’m going to do this summer now that I’ve completed Geometry.
          3. I’m finally able to listen to a few songs that used to had close ties to Her without dying.
          4. I actually don’t mind summer sports training through zoom.
          5. I can’t wait for school to start again.
          6. I wish I could stop being so nosy/curious about everything.
          7. My grace period is over but I really don’t want to start dying again.
