            The first thing I would recommend is setting a loose plot. Just a general idea of what you want to happen, and create some sort of table to write along side with, one that can assist you chapter per chapter and tailor it to your wanted climax, and conclusion. Then, if you decide to add in small details that will later prove to have a meaning, or a hint toward a plot twist, make sure to write them down. 
            
            Since you are writing about a real person, one I am assuming doesn't know about this, then ensure you write from an innocent perspective. The way they make you feel. They eye-contact, the butterflies, simple yet pure stuff. Also, don't use their name. Imagine how awkward it would be if they found a story that was like a mirror into their own life; possibly even disturbing. The most that should remain about this person in this fictional, or possibly real, story of yours is their personality and maybe their eyes or hair.
            
            I can give you some popular prompts, and inspirational lines that may push your block away.
            
            An awkward first meeting leaves two strangers with misunderstood, and incorrect ideas about each other, but perhaps after (being forced together for something like a project, one having to understand the other for a report, both going for the same book in a store) they see each other in a new light.
            
            If they like Wattpad too, you could do a story about an anonymous person and you in the comments, or some sort of , not realising you knew each other in real life.
            
            A shared moment at a concert, to a song that means something to you irl, that makes you see them in another light.
            
            The good thing about love is that it is found in the most random places. I really hope this is useful to you in any way. Good luck!
