Just a short story time about my workday today, since I have no one to really talk to :/
A customer (a Karen :// ) was arguing with a new staff and got mad at her for not being able to answer her question about the warranty of the PS5 controller she just bought from us. She was literally yelling and kept coming into the personal space of my colleague so I stepped in, since our manager was on break.
I tried to get the woman to stop yelling by explaining that my colleague was new and I would explain and let her know the details about the warranty and that's where it got worse..
She got sooooo mad and literally threw the controller at my face. My nose started bleeding and my left cheek and eye got bruised :/
After that, she kept yelling, pushed my colleague to the ground and ran away.
She had a mask on and her hood up, so we have no idea who she is and we can't do anything about it I guess :/
Anywho sorry for the rant if anyone is even reading this.

You can boil an egg and wrap it in tissue/paper towel so that you can roll is around your bruise,,, it helps
