Hi, now before I start, don't think this is, in anyway possible, mean or disrespectful.
I can't promote your book, at least for now, for me to promote a book, I have to really like it, I've read your book and found it interesting, but it hasn't got enough material for me to decide. Also, I believe that you should work to get noticed, by that I mean: you should earn it by yourself and hard work and not by other writers sharing your book; at least for me, I felt more accomplished achieving 1k reads by myself; I know how you feel, when I started I had never thought I would get 500 reads let alone 1k.
About your OWN reads: DON'T WORRY, you've just started, reads will increase as time goes by.
A few tips that can help you are the following : put tags our your book, that way if people search Martin Garrix it'll be much easier to find your book; give your book an appealing cover and resume of the book, people will be interested by what the book will bring; you can also share your book on social media, it can attract more people into reading it.
