it almost will be a full month zero nicotine and i literally have gained 10 pounds and it’s visibly noticeable… im glad i will have made it to a month tho! the only reason why ill be relapsing is to fit back into my new denim shorts lmao 

on day 23 of quitting nic and the weight gain is soooo discouraging.. but i made it so far! i’m proud of myself
