Guys is it offensive if I say I think I'm autistic ? I'm very scared that what i'm going to say next comes offensive.
Like, I did a lot of researches and I do have some """"""symptoms"""""" (that's how google called it), like, I have very specific interests, I am insanely sensitive about everything EXPECIALLY TEXTURES, I prefer working alone, I hate loud sounds, I stim, like rocking back and forth (which could be normal, I saw neurotypical people can stim too), i am very précise when I talk for other people to understand me, I talk VERY VERY VERYYYY loudly. I say things that sounds offensive to others when I thought it was normal, I get overwhelmed (but yet again, I think neurotypical people can have overwhelming moments) ect, ect. I did some online tests— I KNOW SOME OF THEM ARE FAKE OR OVERAGERATING DO NOT WORRY. And I always had a higher score than my familly (because they wanted to try it for the funsies idk).
I tried talking about it to my mom, she thinks i'm tripping (and she's sure at 100% that i'm .. like in french it's called "HIP" (Haut intellectuel potentiel) which means people who are insanely smart. My dad thinks it's because of the phone
My friends think I am. My brothers don't care.
@Lilfantheonly I have Aspergers to be exact. It is categorised as having an average or above average IQ while still posessing the social and sensory traits of autism. It later was added into the autism spectrum because of 1- it fit the definition, 2- the person who coined the term wasn't historically on the good side of the War... Basically a N@zi. Aspergers can be overlooked easily in children who perform well and can handle social stuff. Which is one of the reasons why the people I used to work with didn't think I had autism. I was good as masking and SEEMED to function 'well', ofc which again was just my masking. Like you said in your message, many neurotypicals do that too. But its the intensity which makes the therapist really question if you need help. From being seeking for stimulation to refusing stimulation, if the intensity is not normal then you have every right to question it. If nobody does those traits, whether autistic or not that's scarier. But again, if your intensity deviates than the "normal" (i dont like using that word ughh), the you have every right to question. With that being said, NOBODY CAN STOP YOU! Your life YOUR rules! I really hope you get the professional attention you are wishing for. :) Sorry if anything seemed rude or just off putting. @Lilfantheonly Btw those online tests are actually sometimes in the format of the actual autism assessment. Not diagnosis but assessment. They help indicating if you need to visit a therapist or not. Ofc, it's not always right but not necessarily wrong.

I hate SOME people sometimes, like , I always was extra sensitive about icky things like vomit, rot.
Also is very sensitive and weird about specific moments, when i'm in the bus or car I always get a headache, or when I'm supposed to talk to people i either get super loud, because I want to intertain the person i'm talking to (I think, i'm self diagnosing here) or repeat the same words and stuttery a lot, not because I'm shy but i'm trying to find words.
I also really hate touch..like a hug is nice (IF ASKED ) but don't touch me if you didn't tell me
And the reason i hate SOME people is when I SPECIFICALLY SAY I DON'T LIKE/IS UNCOMFORTABLE ABOUT SOMETHING THEY USE IT AGAINST ME TO TEASE ME ? LIKE WHAT ? that's just rude

I was like okay lol, we watch it and bro LOOK TRAUMATIZED. he wasn't even startled about the EXCESSIVE GORE but the fact that pyro see sunshines and rainbows (literally) while killing people
