damn old asf. life has been busssyyyy. i leave for bmt in a few days. marrige still good. not much else has changed? well that's a lie lol, a lot has changed but only the small things. things have been really nice honestly. life is going good.
I love seeing myself grow on this page. Sometimes i wish i could go back and comfort my younger self. let him know everythings alright. let him know he'll grow into somebody strong and independent, just like he always dreampt. sometimes i wish my older self would comfort me and tell me things will keep being okay. that i won't break down every time i see a dog. that i'll stop worring about whats around every corner. sometimes i wish i could see my future self, smiling at me and nodding. letting me know i'm still alive and well. letting me know everything's ok. it'll all be ok.
@LillacLemons I saw a dog in the supermarket a few days ago. The owner was kind enough to let me say hi. She said he was a Yorkie, but he definitly wasn't. Way too big for a yorkie, but definitly a mix. It was sad, but you didn't cry. You still miss him a lot, and think about how he used to cuddle up on your neck almost every night, but you are doing a bit better. I've been looking for a therapist recently. Been trying for a while, but figure with the appointment comin up I'll have a list of folks for the Dr to yay or nay lol. I hope they help.
@LillacLemons Lol it doesn't really get better. Life moves on and you can choose to either wallow in it or keep on going. You still miss him a lot, and you still cry when you see dogs that look like him. You're getting better though! Everything will keep on going, and that includes you. We haven't given up just yet
