I’m a little confused, I’ve been reading this and I actually really like it! But I noticed first y/n’s father was Jj’s father’s drinking buddy, they both had abusive asshole father’s, and now i’m on book two and y/n is John B’s sister? I’m incredibly confused, y/n refers to Big John as her father in her head when Ward ‘kills’ himself on the boat and Sarah is breaking down, y/n says she doesn’t feel bad for the man who killed her father, only Sarah because Ward is still her father, last I checked the abusive asshole dad was still alive. Then when y/n and John B confide in each other they once again refer to each other as siblings, but in the first book, we meet y/n’s dad, she has an altercation with Sarah because she envied y/n, but then while Pope, Sarah and y/n were at her house getting stuff, y/n’s dad wakes up and the two see the abuse. So i’m confused, another thing, while Ward in blown up with the ship, y/n also thinks about how she knows first hand how it feels to lose a father, speaking about Big John because the alcoholic asshole father is still alive, but Big John isn’t her father yet all of a sudden John B and y/n refer to each other as siblings. I know y/n has said she considered him a brother, but they weren’t actually related but book two, Jj tells y/n to keep her face hidden because she looks like John B, but they aren’t blood related? I don’t know if i’m missing something or not, but i’m really confused and it’s driving me up a wall trying to find a logical explanation
