Lilly was born on the Island of Newfoundland, Canada .She and her Husband of 46 yrs started a family when she was the ripe age of 18. They raised two daughters and are now divine grandparents to six  grandchildren.
John  retired from 35 yrs  with the RCMPolice  and began travelling the world with the UN for seven years .
During these years she opened her Spiritual Mentoring Practice, Whitelight . 
At the same time she had many successful years working in marketing it became clear while studying with Caroline  Myss that it was going to be difficult to leave the Marketing world and the monitory success of that world.  When Lilly asked  Caroline Myss a question one weekend , Caroline replied ,Oh Lilly you are just scared to loose your STUFF". Lilly went home that week in 2006 and resigned from a job she loved. Lilly realized that she was increasingly drawn to helping others fulfill THEIR highest potential.  She was living her dream, now it was time to help others do the same. To help them jump off the cliff. She had jumped many times over the years and no rope was required. She had learnt from experience to move from scarcity to abundance attitude.
 She had begun her personnel journey of enlightenment  in 1991 while entering a recovery program.   
In 2012 , her Daughter Melanie committed suicide  in the same way her brother took his life in 2000, a hanging. Her Mother died  in 2013 and her dad in 2015.
It was during this grief that she began to write her own daily inspirations for herself and these inspirations can be found in her book, 365 Ways to Power Up Your Life, tools for intuitive living. Later came Madness ,Addiction & Love, an autobiography about family additions.
Today ,Lilly and her husband live in Almonte ,Ont and she continues to write. She has finished a children's book,"Why We Eat Healthy "and she is in the process of finalizing her latest book about addiction, The Weeping Tree.
