Check your posture, and would suggest regular Physio you will see the difference. Now days docs are just suggesting surgery or steroid injections. Regular heat or cold therapy along with pt helps.

I feel for you it’s the worse pain I have ever experienced it took me 3 years to be able to move my shoulder properly had cortisone injections which helped a little but that being said I hope everything goes well for you 

Hi guys, here is the update on my side... I had this issue with my right shoulder over a year I think.. The pain keeps coming now and then.. So I been tolerating but the pain started to worsen.. I visited nearby clinic and did x-ray.. Bones are all fine.. But diagnosed with frozen shoulder.. No cure.. Therapy is all can be done they said.. Referred to Hkl.. (Hospital) I need to go through few more checks ups.. If there no improvement last resort is surgery which an idea I'm not really fond of.. Which follows with months of recovery.. 
          
          So resting as the pain is reoccurring thing now.. 
          
          So I will update slowly tq..
