First of all I want to thank you for taking time out to answer my questions so here it goes. 1. When I'm done with reading the chapters that the author put up how do I finish reading the rest of the book. 2. Are all of the book on here are published where I can go and buy them if I want to? 3. How do I get a cover  for my book? 4. How do I get my book on here. 5. Do I have to be a author in order to have fans?
