@cupcakemorris97 i see what you mran. but also i don't think wattpad is a place to get noticed i mean it might be but i highly doubt publishers look at wattpad much. i think maybe if you talk to your english teacher or something? maybe you could start from there and hopefully that teacher will recommend you to someone. and dont ever second guess yourself. if your initial feeling of something youve written is good, then yeah you better believe its good. Still its always good to take in constructive critisim haha ;] But wattpad can be a good confidence booster but at the same time it can really diminish that confidence so be careful
          Maybe you can google a publisher or facebook it :D haha facebook is everything apparently

@alymirrely first of all i want to thank you for reading my story... that ones actually kinda old and i didnt realize people still read it! haha and i like getting feedback because i like knowing how i can improve... and the only reason i want to get noticed is because i want to be an author and im hoping that maybe a publisher will see my work and want to work with me... I guess youre right when you say i shouldnt write for peoples attention and approval... but i always second guess myself and i just want that feeling that what im doing is right and that if i wanted to make a career out of it id actually do well. i really do love to write. its practically my life. i probably shouldnt care what other people are thinking but i feel like thats the only way you can make it in this kind of a business... But ill take what you said into consideration. again thanks for reading, i really appreciate it.

I read your story, the sorry isnt good enough. and i think your reaally good. but i also think you shldnt just write to get peoples' approval or attention. Just write to enjoy it. If its your hobby or a passion then just do it, dont think about others recognizing your work; if you think your good then your good. thats all there is to it.

Hey everyone!! I haven't gotten in touch with my fans lately! How are you guys? I've been thinking about ut and I've never really thanked you lovies for fanning me! It really means a lot! It makes me sooo happy when I get a new fan, it makes me feel like what I'm writing is actually good... Lol incase you guys havent read it already I started writing a new story called A Player and His Game. And surprise, it's not a short story!           I'm entering the Watty Awards with my science fiction thriller "Empire Wars".

          Not exactly. Genre; Sci-fi, action, thriller, adventure, some mystery/suspense! My characters are not Mary/Gary Sues, and hopefully, they won't annoy you till you wish to to stab yourself and stuff candle wax down your ears! >◕‿◕< 
          
          There is a lot of shooting, stabbing, killing (mostly random), machine guns, melting people, and something somewhat resembling romance, but will never be, because the characters are all semi-insane! 
          
          If you still haven't deleted/ignored it by now, I want to thank you so much for reading, and here's the synopsis:
          
          Mile-deep in drugs, alcohol, debt, loan-sharking, and various other shady things, teenage insomniac and horror junkie Kiers van der Wolf really is desperation’s favorite son. With siblings who do nothing but party, a deranged, drug-addicted mother who sells herself, and a father in jail, the young lunatic has really nothing by his mentally unstable friends. When the chance of a lifetime comes by, what can a pack of savage video-gamers say? Risking vegetation, life, and mind, this band of hopeless degenerates put their reclusive, future-less careers on the line to break out of the chains called “what people think”, in this tale of how success if only obtained through gallons of blood, strife, and perseverance.
