Hi everyone, I decided to permanently scrap my ongoing Gjon's Tears fanfiction, A Pure Love. It has been a long time coming, and I have also been so stuck in a writer's block with it that I had to pretty much force myself to finish a chapter just to get it out there for you. Meaning, it's been going pretty much nowhere. I am still a fan of Gjon and his music, of course, but this story had just seemed much more exciting and written better in my head than on a page. I've been feeling very unmotivated and uninspired to write this, while feeling more motivated and inspired to write other stories. Other stories with more action and excitement, new and better-developed characters, and better-executed themes.
          
          Do be on the lookout for more from me! I've been working a whole lot more on two different stories: a dystopian political novel titled The Same Old City, and a SERIES about tweens with superpowers who I first drew when I was 12 but rediscovered with a new outlook, titled the Power Pearls! I did not want to leave you in the dark about my Gjon fic if you have been reading it and it was suddenly deleted. No need to worry, though, because many more exciting things are coming!

          Flames In The Family Tree's final revision is finished! I am so happy with and proud of this story because, fun fact, it's kinda-sorta based on a weird myth story that my parents used to tell me and my brother. "We abandoned that last set of twins because they were just so bad." Of course that wouldn't be real in my own life, but I wrote of, what if it was?
          Nonetheless, I hope you guys like this story and the characters.

Meanwhile, I am also working on my revision of Flames In The Family Tree, which I have just a few more parts to publish. That is next on my to-do list in case you were wondering what happened with that story! It is in progress :)

          I have a new short story out now! I've been working on this one for quite a while actually, and I'm so happy with how it turned out. I took a pretty different direction with it, exploring some elements of spirituality. I created this world as a world between life and death, an alternative to the common dispositions of heaven and hell. I hope you guys enjoy!

          I just finished the rewrite of my Killjoy fanfic with my OC, Fireball Frenzy! It took a while, and I was stuck in writer's block for this for so long. But I'm finally done. Wow, this was a long and stressful but also fun process. Give it a read if you want to!

honestly, how are you like one of the coolest people ever???

Just a little rant about everything going on in the country:
          
          I am so pissed and sad and scared about how Roe v. Wade was just overturned the other day. F the Supreme Court; they never cared about human lives. Just about controlling women and people with uteruses. It's not abortions that kill people, it's denying abortions that kills people. This abortion ban in many states is going to kill people; because in lots of cases an abortion could save the pregnant person's life. No one should be denied a basic human right to bodily autonomy. If you don't like abortions, it's simple: just don't get one, but don't force this onto others. What will actually reduce abortions? Universal healthcare, easy access to birth control and contraception resources, comprehensive/inclusive sex ed, and better care for people with uteruses in the medical field (i.e, gynecologists taking their patients' pain more seriously, especially women of color because they're more likely to die during childbirth, and not denying them the healthcare they want or need).
          
          Anyone who's a decent person would agree with this and fight alongside me and one another for our rights. BANS OFF OUR BODIES.
