Yeah. I’ve gotten scam accounts @ me like seven times in under an hour. I’ve been spreading awareness on the accounts before reporting them. I’m not sure if Wattpad is doing anything to stop them from doing this, but I hope so. There was a scam account trying to pretend to be Wattpad support earlier with the wrong pfp.

Okay guys there is a scam going around don't fall for it! Read my message board I can't copy and paste it but they want your banking information your social and stuff like that for age verification which yeah i don't belive that. But report it immediately!

          So this guy spammed me with random comments and if he does this with any of your stories im sorry. I dont know what is up with this person but 19 comments on one chapter is insane behavior. I will be blocking him if he does it again.

Im so mad I spent days typing up a chapter for my soldier boy fan fiction and it got deleted once my account kicked me out and wanted me to sign back in like what the hell man!!!!

Have you tried checking the revision panel? Sometimes it’ll save the original draft as long as the part is still there to some degree. Mine gets rid of writing sometimes as well, but I can get the work back most of the time
