Hi Lisa: I didn't know you went to Bates. I'm a Mainer! Anyway, just found you on here and had to say how much I enjoyed Still Alice. When I read it, I thought I was actually reading a memoir, and it wasn't until the book was being made into a movie that I realized it was fiction. In a weird twist of fate, I was asked last year to ghostwrite a memoir by a women whose husband was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Aphasia and who chose to stop eating and drinking in order to hasten death two years after his diagnosis. Both the author and myself loved your book--so we knew we were a good fit to work together. Your book was wonderful. I hope many, many Wattpadders find it and love it as much as I did.
