I'm a teen girl trying to figure herself out.
I'm the type of person who seems to always be happy and know what I want in life, however, I've no clue what I'm gonna do with my life, and have a type of anxiety that even I can't explain.
I strongly believe that those who have the brightest smiles, go through a lot, and the reason they smile so much is to keep themselves going. 
Idk if this would apply  to me, since I've got a pretty good life, and don't have any "real" struggles.
