*Cutely makes a jumpscare* Hello...
Over a year ago, I shared an update about taking a break from Wattpad and putting my Naruto fanfiction on hiatus. I initially planned to return in March, but a lot has happened since then.
First, I want to address some criticism I've received. I know it might seem petty, but I tend to be sensitive when it comes to criticism, and it really frustrates me that I can't do much about it. When I see negative comments, I just want to delete everything and vent my frustration. That’s the best way I can describe my feelings.
I also encountered a comment that included a hard N-word. As a white European girl, I completely disapprove of such language.
Many of my works have grammatical issues because most were written before I used Grammarly, and my English skills were not the best when I first started writing fanfiction at age 14. I live in a non-English-speaking country, so I may still misspell words from time to time.
While I'm gradually returning to the Naruto fandom, I know that people change and so do their interests. I'm unsure how much longer I can continue writing about the Naruto fandom.
I’m not sure if anyone will read this when I post it, but I do plan to come back to Wattpad and revise my fanfiction for better grammar. I will also label the titles to indicate that they are older works.
However, please don't expect me to return soon. I need to focus on my studies since I'm in high school, which I enjoy, but exams are coming up in a couple of months under the Norwegian school system. I'm also trying to manage my functional tics (similar to Tourette syndrome, but my hands move uncontrollably when I’m stressed) and adjusting to handle the stress, especially as I transition into adulthood.
