Posted. Sometimes I need the push. Thanks for encouraging me to keep going. Also found that I missed posting a chapter in Just Picture It. I have it ready, but I just have to figure out how to put it in the right spot. Should be back on track now.

Will there be a sequel to "Just try it"?

Lisa_R_Baird

@autonomousscholar I have sequels in mind, but haven't even started a first draft. it will be a while.

@autonomousscholar I actually have a couple more chapters. I haven't been working on it for a long time, but recently started the last bit of reviewing.

Lisa, I really like this story...but your last few chapters of JPI have devolved into a "gods eye narrative" of what the characters are thinking/doing. My advice (from an author who messes up the narrative tenses all the time!!) is to just write the scenes and dialog form the character's perspective. Just write what they are saying and thinking, don't give the reader an eye in the sky perspective. I hope this helps...JC

@WillFlyForFood thanks. I'll check it out and strive to be more consistent. Appreciate the feedback.

Lisa,
I got this: Oops, story not found! When I click on the first (introduction?) chapter of the story.

FWIW, I have had some positive comments on having an introduction posted as the first chapter of all my books. I think that those who read ONLY on the phone can read the intro that way.

And congrats on publishing the new project, I'm excited to see where this goes.
          JC
