Hola mis amores,

I hope you all didn’t miss me too much. It has been a while since I’ve done a book review and that is because I haven’t ready anything in a while, because I wanted to enjoy summer and not be on my phone as much. After summer, I missed reading, so I’m back. I can’t promise to be consistency with my reviews, but I can promise I will do at least 1-2 reviews every month.

          Onto the book review:

          Omertà I by @katrocks247

I dived back into the Wattpad community and went straight into my love, mafia books. I have to say the title is what attracted me the most to the book at first because everyone knows the meaning of this world if you’re on Wattpad. If you don’t then you need to read. Starting to read this book was just straight into the mafia world and oh the juicy stuff that we all know about ;) The sex, the danger, the Italian words, and the Italian men. What more could I ask for. The book immediately was hot from the beginning and only intensified further along. The characters were also interesting in how you see their character development through the chapters. One of the main characters, oh so described by as sexy Italian, was my favorite as he was straight to the point of the best things in a mafia book. The story and the characters had a good plot that made me binge read the book throughout the night that I kept saying one more chapter when it was 6am and I had to be up at 9am. It was definitely a good read and I recommend you all read as well.
The book will be found in 2 different book sections: Lets Fuck and Make me your Mafia Queen

Yes, I know it’s long, but read it. Also, I loved even more another book that I finished reading of hers. However, I will not be doing a review until the book is completed. But if you stumble across on her page, you will know which book I’m talking about once you read because mhm that book was hot, heavy, and delicious.

          That’s it for now,

          Adios por ahora mis amores,

          Lisette

Ciao a tutti!

It’s been a long time since we’ve last heard from me. Here is a little update on my life:

          - I was out of the country for Christmas time visiting family.
          - I got back from that trip and left again to go to Europe to live there for 4 months. I absolutely loved it and didn’t get in my phone for anything other than taking pictures and checking in with my family.
          - I got back from Europe to go on another trip with my family for a family vacation again; it was lots of fun.

Now onto the book that I read…

          “Stepbrother” by @EroticMarie

I decided that I need a book with a certain spice level ;) to help me get back into the groove of reading since I haven’t read in over 4 months. Stepbrother just by the description given by the author, I could tell it had smut and a plot that would kept me interested. The book had an amazing description of characters and the growth that you see within them throughout the book that is subtle in the best way. The plot was god because it jumped straight in but not making it feel like the book was going at a fast pace. The characters with their own personal struggles are shown throughout the book that allowed you to relate to the characters. However, not only was the writing (plot, characters, etc.) good, but so was the smut. The smut was written so descriptive that it was hard not to blush or smile while reading it. Omg! (That is the word I use to describe the smut level in this book) I highly recommend reading this book if you are looking for a little mafia love with smut and just something to make you get out of your slump or to make you feel something ;)

          Parla presto amori miei,

Long time, no talk my loves,

Sorry I’ve been so inactive! I was busy with the realities of the life. I missed you all very much. Now onto the book I just read…

          “The Ruthless Mafia” by @LucifersMinion

A reason why I stopped reading was because I didn’t want to end up binging on books when I had responsibilities to handle. I got into a bit of a slump after so I needed a book that was interesting and quick that would help me get back into the groove. This book was a light read that had a plot that was good enough to keep you reading. I love the pace for the book. If you need a book to get you back into the pace of things or just something small and new, read this.

That’s all for now loves. Not much of a review, but more of a reintroduction back into things. Also, this book was small, so not much to review.

          See you soon,

          Lisette

Good evening my friends,

Thought of the Book I just Finished:

          Mrs. Collins by @Jami1012

It was a another refreshing book that was about…arranged marriage. It took a spin on what usually arranged marriages are here on Wattpad. It was a nice change of plot with interesting characters that don’t usually fit the stereotypes of arranged marriage stories. I love the iconic red lips (as you see on the cover) because I feel like it highlights a little more on the attractiveness, strength, and independence the main character represents. It does jump faster than other stories in the beginning but I think it’s a better concept for this type of story given the other details. Definitely recommend reading.

Hi again my loves,

Thoughts of the Book I just Finished:

          The Elites by @-effervescence_

It was absolutely beautiful. I loved the characters’ personalities especially one in particular. If you read the book, tell me who you think my favorite character is. The book had such an amazing plot that was so raw. It was so raw and beautifully written that I cried. I had tears in my eyes halfway through reading a chapter that it was too blurry to continue reading. After I managed to finish, I had to go outside and take a breather of how my emotions were hitting me. Although it was fictional, I felt myself relating to it because I had experienced something similar myself; specifically the feelings that were involved.

I highly recommend you read this book right now. If you want to experience some high and low emotions all at once, then this is the book.

          Love you all,

          Lisette

Hi my loves,

It’s been a while, hasn’t it? I haven’t been reading since the last time I posted but recently as in 2 days ago. I haven’t read enough books to do a book reviews, but I’m going to change up the “Book Reviews of the Week” to something else that is a bit more convenient for me since I am now busier since I last posted.

I have made a new book section and changed some names of book sections. I also am going to post my thoughts of books immediately right after I read them so it’s my raw, unrevised truths. It’s easier for me and you all.

          Love,

Book Reviews of the Week:

          1. Best Friends with Benefits by @lookingforabadboy: I finished this book very fast but I liked it. You get some fast but good smut that is a good break from the longer stories. I could just imagine being the main character with her sexy man, but unfortunately I’m not lol. Definitely if you need a quick but good read, this one is it. I mean who doesn’t love a friends with benefits situation? (Stand-alone)

          2. Arranging Love by @Miscellaneousrhubarb: I really did enjoy this story. An arranged marriage story is always so good because of the conflicts these characters have. The story is a good pace with a good plot for the amount of chapters it has. Christian is such a good opposite stereotype of man in this situation, which I felt it like a breath of air. You should definitely read it! You can also read the first one as a stand-alone; second one is not complete (2 books)

          3. Becoming Mrs. Grahamsteen by @randomElle: Oh this was such a quick, cute, and romantic read. I enjoyed the storyline of the main characters. It was another fresh of breath air to have a story with not much turmoil. Another arranged marriage story of course, because why not. Do read the book for a good romance and for it to help with whatever reading slump you’re in. (Stand-alone)

          4. Hating the Player by @xThePineappleGirlx: It’s only 4:39am right now as I write this with tears in my eyes and a nose stuffy. I won’t say whether they are happy or sad tears, but I will say that this book is worth it. I couldn’t put it down and now I wish I could reread it for it was beautiful with a message that will forever be true. Now I want to watch romantic movies but before I do I want to say about the book…I love it. (Stand-Alone)
