Hi! Sorry it took so long for me to read your story. Life happens lol. Anyway, I read chapter one. I really liked the gothic/noir tone. It’s been forever since I’ve read one, so it was refreshing. The lack of dialogue tags drove me a little nuts though. It could be that I’m use to reading more traditionally published stuff though. (I literally just finished a book “on combat” that I think your character would like ;) ) I hope this feedback helps. If you want me to leave it as a comment, or if you want me to comment on chapter 2 just let me know.

The rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated. Yes, I may have crossed the Navajo Nation in June with no air conditioning and little water, and sure, I was a little closer to a wild bear than the Yellowstone park ranger appreciated, but I didn't die. I was on holiday. And now I'm back. So is Lisuex Roadtrip.
