I’m seeing and hearing things, it’s tripping me out. I am not planning on sleeping since I am scared to sleep, I also have insomnia and I’m not even that tired since I’ve been drinking coffee all day... Does anyone know how to help with this, I’ve tried to get my mind off of it but my mind decides to repeat things over making it hard to forget. I NEED TO USE THE WASHROOM, AHHHH!

It worked...now I just have to deal with the paranoid feeling that my light will randomly turn off on me.

I thought of a full proof plan, I will text my sister to turn on the lights in the living room so I can get up to go to the washroom, while I do that I will turn on my bedroom lights and then I can stay up ‘till 7 in the morning and finally go to sleep. Thoughts are being brought to my mind about more paranormal stuff that’s happened to me and I’m freaking out...this is what I get for watching those damn Top 5 scary ghost encounter videos
