Hola a todos, espero que estén bien. Solo una actualización rápida sobre mi salud mental: todavía estoy lidiando con mi condición. Como mencioné antes, no estoy deprimido, pero mentiría si dijera que estoy completamente bien porque aún no es así. Sin embargo, mi mamá ha sido muy comprensiva con mi decisión de tomarme un descanso de la escuela para enfocarme en mejorar, lo cual es algo por lo que estoy increíblemente agradecido.
Han pasado unos días desde que escribí algún capítulo, pero estoy avanzando. Estoy volviendo a ponerme en forma porque, siendo honesto, me había descuidado un poco. Finalmente he vuelto al gimnasio, trabajando para recuperar mi condición física. Han pasado meses desde la última vez que entrené y, aunque suene raro, me gusta un poco el dolor muscular otra vez.
También me estoy enfocando en mejorar mis habilidades de escritura y en estudiar alemán. Además, estoy trabajando en algunas ilustraciones para el libro. Gracias a todos por su apoyo. Los mantendré actualizados cuando me sienta listo, pero por ahora estoy tomando las cosas paso a paso.
Hey everyone, I hope you’re doing well. Just a quick update on my mental health: I’m still coping with my condition. As I mentioned before, I’m not depressed, but I’d be lying if I said I was completely OK because I’m still not there yet. However, my mom has been supportive of my decision to take a break from school to focus on improving myself, which is something I’m incredibly grateful for.
It’s been a few days since I last wrote any chapters, but I am making progress. I’m getting back into shape because, honestly, I’d let myself go a bit—I’m finally back in the gym, working on regaining my fitness. It’s been months since I last worked out, and, funny enough, I kind of enjoy the muscle soreness again.
I’m also focusing on improving my writing skills and studying German. In addition to these, I’m working on some artwork for the book. Thank you all for your support. I’ll keep you updated when I’m feeling ready, but for now, I’m taking things one step at a time.
Just followed you today. And I have to say that your story is amazing, I'm so looking forward what happens next.
