Hey everyone, I hope you’re doing well. Just a quick update on my mental health: I’m still coping with my condition. As I mentioned before, I’m not depressed, but I’d be lying if I said I was completely OK because I’m still not there yet. However, my mom has been supportive of my decision to take a break from school to focus on improving myself, which is something I’m incredibly grateful for.
It’s been a few days since I last wrote any chapters, but I am making progress. I’m getting back into shape because, honestly, I’d let myself go a bit—I’m finally back in the gym, working on regaining my fitness. It’s been months since I last worked out, and, funny enough, I kind of enjoy the muscle soreness again.
I’m also focusing on improving my writing skills and studying German. In addition to these, I’m working on some artwork for the book. Thank you all for your support. I’ll keep you updated when I’m feeling ready, but for now, I’m taking things one step at a time.
