@LittleLoveOnNarry The inhale exhale exercise..when i'm having a panic attacks i put on cooking shows they help me for some reason and spray a soothing fragrance besides that maybe get in bed and just cuddle the sheets or cuddle someone idk if this is helpful
@LittleLoveOnNarry I dont know if its true but, I read that you should just make them inhale exhale, just to atleast try amd calm them down

My husband got called into work, because it looks that one of his workers is drunk during job hours. Which leaves me alone for the midnight and yeah. I kind a want to cry. But hey. This year has been hard. It’s not like I expected for it to mystically turn great when midnight comes.
But, even if for me this new year celebration sucks, hope that you are having an amazing evening!
