          I'm trying to find this book when the boy mc rebirth to the past and didn't have any sickness but due to seeing his step brother which is the cause of his death
          , he suddenly had this unknown disease.
          His father is the duke who is in a war and they were both adopted to the streets in the slums but they are step brothers. The mc plan was to fake his disease and eventually run away.

Hi~ I don't know how many years it has been, sorry I only posted something now. To be honest with you all, I only recovered my account now. 
          
          I want to give an explanation because  I promised to finish my stories in the past, which I don't know if I can right now. I'll try to write when I have time though, maybe I'll even do some editing in my free time.
          
          Before, in the past, I really got busy. My grades were failing, so I had to be more serious with school and all. And I forgot my password after a long while. Also, my email was lost because I used to write in my old phone, which is now gone.
          
          I'm in my first year of senior high, so life would only get busier from now. Not to mention, my strand is STEM. If you don't know, that strand is quite difficult.
          
          Anyway, just got released from isolation. Got tested positive for covid (no, I don't go out. It was from a family member). I hope you all stay safe~ <3
