Alastor came from a poor demi-human family and had a rough upbringing, his parents decided to sell him to a Slave Owner to make some quick cash since demi-humans are pretty rare and most humans go their lives without seeing one. That's when he met his adoptive parents, they bought him and gave him a home. They loved him for him and he loved them just as much.
They only had one rule, hide his tail and ears. And to which he had no objections. They didn't wanna suppress so much as protect him from the harsh world of humans. That's how we got here today, Alastor's first day of grade 11 in an all-new school, full of humans I might add.
