actual thing that happened in my online class today:
          teacher: *i have no idea what he said earlier cause i wasn’t paying attention* ...old music like the beatles, you may have heard of them
          my heart: *starts hammering like always when someone mentions them to me* 
          teacher: also the rolling stones, pink floyd, jimi hendrix, queen...
          me: *screams in fangirl*
          teacher: i doubt any of you know who they are, no one’s really instrested in 60’-70’ music anymore
          me: EXCUSE ME?!!?!!

john lennon’s been dead for 40 years today so i just wanna say a few things (u can ignore this lmao)
          
          ik a lot of people hate on him, sayin that he’s a total jerk and a bad person in general. i agree that he has made mistakes cause he wasn’t a saint. he was a human being and we all make a load of mistakes during our life time. john knew about the temper he got after his father and he tried to change. ofc fame and his heroin addiction didn’t help with that but after all, few months before his assasination he changed a lot and for better, for example he started bonding with his first son Julian after not being there for him most of his life. its sad that people don’t care about the fact that he was really changing. if m*rk chap*an didn’t murder him that day, he would have more time to fix everything and show it to the world, that he really wants to be the best version of himself.
          
          lately he’s been a huge comfort to me and i don’t think i could have dealt with all the shit in my life without him.
