I started out writing at midnight, ready to start 2024 on a good note. Finally loving writing and creating stories again. Finally able to sit down and write thousands of words instead of stare at a blank screen for hours or avoid my office. Made a goal of 522 hours of writing and finish a book Dec31.
          	
          	That lasted a whole two days. 
          	
          	On the 2nd, I spent 5+ hours writing, finished a CH, moved onto the next CH, got 1300 words into it on onedrivelive, (which I've been using since 2016, even in Uni when I had free 365, because the last time I saved directly to my computer my hard drive crashed and I lost everything. Saving online is the only reason I didn't fail my first year when my hard drive crashed again. )
          	
          	Anyway, well now onedrive doesn't auto capitalize I  or I'm anymore, which honestly is such a huge issue, I simply cannot continue on there. But for $155 can buy word or $70 a year for 365 (per the customer service rep that tried to gaslight me after 2 hours of trying to fix it that this was never a feature of onedrive) I'm spiteful, I'm not paying a penny to Microsoft now. 
          	
          	So I'm like okay, google docs. Let's go over there. NOPE they don't do it either. 
          	
          	Had a meltdown. 
          	
          	Googled for options. Found Scrivener. Did the free trial because hey, a program that only has a one time purchase instead of being 50-70 a year, meant for writers, has screenwriting formats as well? I can click start a new novel project and will format for novels? Excellent. 
          	
          	ANNNNNDDDD it WILL NOT format for novels, I've tried everything. It says in the settings that it's supposed to look like one thing but when you type it won't do it. 
          	
          	Y'all, we're only 4 days into this year and I'm already over it and it's already testing my sanity. I almost threw all my notebooks away in a rage and deleted everything I've ever written (And accidently deleted everything on my desktop and cleared it from the trash so it's gone gone) 
          	
          	Send good vibes or some marbles, because I've lost all of both those.

@LiveLifeInTheRain hey I have no idea if iu have looked into it but I stopped reading on Wattpad for years but constantly thought of your at your service story and I totally think you should look at getting it published

@LiveLifeInTheRain I put a ticket into the system. It goes by days of use for the trial not just 30 days, so I'll have enough time. I'm hoping I can get this going because it's actually really cool. You can make character sheets too and add notes and story plan on it. It's just the formatting right now but I guess that's all fixable later. I have to do a bunch of edits. It's just annoying

@LiveLifeInTheRain I use reedsy to write my novels and fanfics and I've loved it so far (depending on what you're looking for) it's free, and I find it easy to use. The formatting, from what I've printed off to see on paper, has been good. Though I've never used Scrivener to compare it to what your exactly looking for

I’m begging❤️ You don't understand how much I miss this book Like I remember when I first read it years ago and just fell in LOVE with it and it's always been my top fav book on here and smth I go back to every now and then.
