Good afternoon! So today I’ve done a double post for Blinded Power so please check out the next two chapters! I’ll see you next Friday.

I thought I would address the awful events of the last week in the US. To be honest, I feel a bit late to the party addressing this but I think it’s important that we talk about this and raise awareness as much as possible. I did have a very long post written up about this but Wattpad said it was too long so if you want my full response then you can check it out at the beginning of Chapter 6 of Blinded Power. I didn’t really want to bring up my story in this post but it is the only place where I could write everything I wanted about the issue in one place. 
          
          I firstly want to say to any of my followers who are a part of the BAME community, whilst I will never understand what you have gone through and the racism you have experienced, I want to do my best to be an ally of the BAME community. 
          
          I'm hoping that the majority of my readers and followers have already been proactive in helping support and fight for this cause, but if you haven't yet, please research how you can help. There are so many easy ways.
          
          And please remember that please continue to support Black Lives Matter even when this is no longer trending. This can't be another trending story online and nothing more.
          
          I'll leave you with this quote from Martin Luther King Jr: “The time is always right to do what’s right”.
