Maybe Liz’s daughter walks in on liz having a panic attack or really really struggling with her anxiety and Michael is trying to calm liz down. In my mind Liz’s daughter is like younger than 5 and doesn’t know what’s going on. 

Maybe her daughter has a fear of something that liz knows about maybe rollercoasters or heights idk something that normally people can push through. So Liz convinces her to try pushing through and she finds out the extent of the fear is way worse than she thought
