What apps do you use to make title covers?

Guys.... I'm back!!! To explain what's been going on is too long but I want to start writing again. But mostly, for those patient enough to have waited for me to deal with my life, I want to give you guys the last couple of chapters to Somber. I will start writing this weekend. I hope you don't hate me too much.
