My mind never sleeps. I have lived a life full of trauma, tragedies, and heart break. Mental illness, rape injustice, and addiction is my expertise. What separates me from most is the fact that I have first hand experience with all of these topics and want nothing more than to show the raw feeling and emotion that drowns me. Society glorifies mental illness but nobody has recorded publicly the reality of surviving with these demons. Society has gotten better with listening to both women and men's experiences of sexual assault but in America we deal with flaws in the justice system when it comes to rape cases. We are often not believed or told we don't have enough evidence to back up our case. My voice should be enough, and I'll show you why.
