I come from the land Down Under; Adelaide to be precise.  I was born and grew up here, first in the Adelaide Hills, and now in a pretty garden suburb only about four kilometres from the city centre. I'm a real city girl, but I enjoy our relaxed lifestyle here, as it isn't too rushed. It's easy to strike a balance. 
My name is Lindsey-Jane, but I prefer L-J, as it's more informal

Although I love South Australia, I was fortunate to be able to travel to many wonderful countries outside of Oz during my eleven and a half years as an air-hostess with a domestic airline. I've written about some of my travels and flying experiences in my on-line book: 'Here, There and Everywhere', which can be read here on Wattpad. Later, I may have the opportunity to have it published in South Aust, but we'll have to wait and see. 

I have so much fun writing ( Just this week one of my comedic stories has appeared in the OMP Fiction Anthology). I've always had a sense of the ridiculous and love to inject that into some of my stories. I enjoy a huge variety of things; reading, naturally,  rummaging in op-shops (charity shops), fashion, cooking, walking, either on the beach or locally. Also musn't forget music, classical ballet, the telly, chilling on our lovely big veranda with a coffee or wine, especially 'bubbly', and movies. 

I like to throw my myriad of ideas into a sort of big writer's melting pot to see what happens. 

I live with my husband, our adult son and our grumpy old woman cat, Moppet. I also have a daughter who lives in Melbourne, as she's studying at one of the uni's there.

I always look forward to meeting new people, as well as some the lovely friends I already share stories and chat with.
