          Hi author can you do a hard girl means uhmm mitsuya was counting y/n about 3 years yet y/n still not say yes to mitsuya but mitsuya still didn't give up and y/n in Truth really love Mitsuya but y/n is have a diseases cause y/n think Mitsuya will just a bother to him (not angst/sad ending) at 26/ 27 years old y/n said yes to Mitsuya ( reason why y/n didn't say yes fast at mitsuya cause she want to know more about mitsuya's loyalness
