If You have wattpad on Your computer You should click a "Write" button in the right upper corner of Your screen.
If You have wattpad on Your phone or whatever click a pencil that should be at the bottom of Your screen.
In both cases the "Create a new story" button should appear and You should click it.
Then fill the tittle, description of the plot, tags, so that more ppl will be able to find Your story, category (if it's fanfiction or something else, there will be plenty to choose) and You can add a cover drawn or made in canva by Yourself (It's not necessary but the cover attracts the readers).
When You have that You can start writing chapters. Click "Add part", write the tittle and the chapter and then click "publish" to publish Your story or set a date of publication.
If You later realize You made a mistake or smth in the chapter that is already posted - don't worry. You can edit posted chapters whenever You want :)
You are able to sign if Your story is finished or not and if it is 18+.
Wattpad is very descriptive so I think You will understand what and where very quickly.
