          Fight to Survive will be back to weekly updates starting this week! I would like to apologise for the last six months of sparse chapters. 
          
          My life is and will continue to be all over the place, and I have an awful habit of spreading myself too thin in my everyday life that I don’t have the energy or ideas to write. 
          
          However! This is something I’m actively working on. I am working on communicating that I’m struggling and finding motivation in my own want to complete my work.
          
          Fight to Survive hasn’t been getting the same engagement from readers as the other three books and I won’t lie and say that isn’t a factor in the lack of motivation I’ve had over the last few months. I love hearing what you all think, I love reading your predictions and thoughts on the direction of every character that I believe I’ve made my own throughout these four books. 
          
          I love that I can rectify the mistakes that ‘She Who Must Not Be Named’ made throughout the canon. Characters that deserved better when their personalities were overrode by how they were being portrayed in the films and offering redemption to some that weren’t given the opportunity to.
          
          The Mikayla Black series has been my baby for years and I want to do it justice and knowing that we’re coming close to the end of the ‘canon’ material is nerve wracking because of my perfectionist/people pleasing tendencies. I want you all to love it, but I will settle for my own happiness for how to conclude my tale.
          
          I love you all. Thank you for being patient and so supportive of me during the years and I hope I can make you proud.

So my updating schedule has been shit lately, and no where near what I wanted it to be considering I was planning on finishing the third book of the Mikayla Black series by Christmas. And the days I was off work I spent having fun as I turned 21 yesterday.
          But I promise that I am working on the book and will be spending most of tomorrow trying to get some of the work done. And I now will be able to use my lunch breaks and days off to write. So I spent my whole hour lunch break writing a chapter in the notes app in my phone, and when I was supposed to copy and paste it onto Wattpad, I accidentally cleared it and now I’ve got to rewrite the whole thing. But
          I promise to get the chapter out soon! Maybe in two or three hours c

Just found out that Helen McCrory, the actress that played Narcissa has passed away.  Losing the fight against cancer, today. I can’t believe it, may she rest in peace, and she’ll forever have a place in our hearts.
