I'm sure your family only forgot because they have responsibilities and are perhaps stressed about stuff, but I'm sure they didn't mean to~!
I'm thinking of writing a collection of stories about certain stages of my life which are significant in terms of making me the person I am today. But I'm not sure anyone would care about knowing about some personal events that occurred in my life. Plus, it would kind of be an autobiography which funnily enough, was something @rackanoolee suggested I should do - as a joke I assume.
