Hi there! Just wanted to let you know I've enjoyed reading all your comments on my book 'holding smoke' so far! I'd hit a bit of a writers block, but reading your comments lit a new fire in me, so thank you so much!

I have a problem people... I tend to read a few chapters ahead of what is currently posted in any book that is live, so I can make any last minute changes and fix any typos I see 9though I know I never catch them all). So, long story short, I was doing that just now, and it is taking a bit of extra time since I'm posting bonus chapters next week. Anyway, next Thursday is Thanksgiving here in the US, and it turns out that the chapters that will be posted are probably spicier than the turkey dinners that many people will be cooking. Yes, there is a chance that the turkeys won't be the only things getting stuffed. So, be prepared people. I hope not to make your dinners uncomfortable, so do NOT read while you're at the dinner table!!!

Okay people, good news. Whiskey and Rye is officially all into the scheduler, so (assuming Wattpad keeps humming along) it will finish publishing with the last three chapters on Friday Jan 30th of next year. I will continue with the Mon/Wed/Fri release schedule (Plus bonus chapters posted on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years), so that will hopefully quench your reading thirst. 
          
          Now, on a side note, I have to be the bearer of slight bad news. I while back, I gave you the chance to vote on the next book published, and The Substitute won that vote. But here is the deal... it is a mystery of sorts. Or, a whodunit if you will, and I want to make sure it isn't too easy to figure out, not to the point where nobody will understand how the perpetrator(s) did it. So, that one is going to take a bit. Instead, you're going to get the Olympic Sport romance, 'Raising The Bar' (with characters from Sushi making an appearance) next. The good news is that it is progressing along well, and I'm hopeful it will be ready around the time Whiskey and Rye finishes up. Feel free to check it out in the Coming Attractions book for more info.
          
          Now, normally I would tell you what is next after that (as I have several options), but that time frame is also when the Open Novella Contest drops, so that might throw things off a bit (as it tends to do every year). But we'll see what happens!

So, one more week and we're done with Flirtin' with Disaster. There are a mere 6 chapters left, and the last 4 will be posted on Halloween (just for that extra little treat). But There might be a few chapters of my latest book, Whiskey and Rye dropping as well, and another preview for a book about someone you'll get a little more info on in the epilogue of Flirtin'. Needless to say, you might get a lot of notifications from me next Friday!
