Suffer by reading the part I newly put in
It felt like an hour when the doctor finally called my name. My mother and doctor led me to the back hallway and to a small examine room. It was a neat room, as it should be. But I noticed something was off, it was duller than usual; the lights were off, something you don't see everyday. I thought it was weird, until it got weirder somehow. When the light came back on, I was in an office of some sort. But something felt oddly familiar with this office, like ove seem it before. And yes, I have no clue where I remember this from.
I took a few steps into the office and was met with an unfamiliar face, a face of a man. He was talking but no words came out. As I was trying to figure out if he was trying to speak, I was suddenly drawn out of my daze ad I saw my best friend, Nikolai. He looked different, but I assumed it was because we hadn't seen each other in a long time. A few seconds after I processed his arrival, next thing I knew I was falling down a sink hole.
I woke up. It was just a dream I thought to myself. I looked around a bit and realized I was in the E.R. I had no idea why I was there, but I was.
It took about an hour for a nurse to come in and check on me. By that time, I was on my phone, texting Nikolai the dream I had. He didn't reply. I didn't mind though, it always takes a few days for him to respond. So I was used to it by now.
The nurse asked me a few questions before leaving. By then, my mother had told me what happened.
Apparently I had fainted in the waiting room and wouldn't wake up. The doctors suspect it was because I wasn't eating much. In my defense, I forgot. I was too busy doing other stuff. Yes, my mother gives me food, I just forget to eat it. No, I'm not starving myself. I just forget, I don't mean to but I do, and it sucks.
